Little People - Love & Friendship on St Helena

‘A loving heart is the beginning of all knowledge’. Thomas Carlyle

Sharing and caring in the Sun on St Helena Island.

Little people remind us that we are all born with love and innocence. We are all born not caring too much about how we look, who we are competing with, who’s done something wrong so we can judge, what kind of car we drive…..

This little person reminds me how to live in the moment and how to make light of life. I decided a long time ago that I didn’t want to have children of my own, honestly, I felt that I would make a pretty poor parent, it was a decision that I made out of responsibility for where I was at in life. Yet, I know what it is like to be a daughter and what really matters.

I applaud parents, the hardest job, but please ask yourselves, would you like your children to grow up ‘Superstars’ at the cost of happiness, peace, love, authenticity, gratitude, kindness etc? If the answer is ‘no’ then plant the seeds of unconditional love now. The little people are going to need all the love and truth they can muster in life.

Thank you little girl! “Num Num Num Num Num”
